FUN FACTS

  • Grew up in a small community in north central Louisiana.

  • Peonies are my fave.

  • The Indian Ocean is my happy place.

  • Lived and worked in the US, Zanzibar, Malawi, South Africa, and will add Cameroon to the list soon.

  • Speak a little Swahili, even less Chichewa, and trying to learn French.

  • Swahili Coastal food is what I crave the most. Bring on the coconut curry!

  • Oldest of 3 kids which means, yes, I am bossy!

  • Antiquing and thrifting brings me joy.

I have spent the majority of my life helping others overcome their obstacles and discover ways to grow through the challenges. So when we landed in Africa and were quickly asked to partner with other global workers to navigate life and work in a foreign context, it just felt like a natural progression in my journey to coaching.

My passion is to see people thrive in their leadership and create healthy team cultures that transform the communities they serve- whether that is in the business or ministry world.

Over the years, I have had the honor of walking alongside many individuals that desire to sharpen their leadership skills and create healthy cultures around them. Through coaching, they discovered and cultivated a plan that equipped them for more effective leadership and increased their influence.
